By accessing pawsofhope.in (the "site") you accept these terms and our privacy policy. The site is operated by Paws of Hope, an animal welfare initiative of the registered charitable organisation named in the footer. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You must not submit false rescue reports or fraudulent donations, attempt to breach the site's security, interfere with its operation, harvest data from it, or pass yourself off as Paws of Hope or anyone connected with it.

2. Donations

1. Donations are voluntary charitable gifts to support animal welfare. Nothing is sold or supplied in return.
2. Funds are applied to rescue, veterinary treatment, feeding, sterilisation and vaccination, shelter and foster care, adoption, and the operating costs behind that work. Where you select a purpose we follow it where practical; if that need is already met, we apply the gift to the most urgent need.
3. Donations are non-refundable except as stated in the Donation & refund policy, which is part of these terms.
4. Receipts are issued by the registered entity named in the footer. Whether a donation qualifies for tax benefit under Section 80G depends on the law and on your circumstances; we do not provide tax advice.

3. Rescue, fostering and volunteering

We attend reports as quickly as our people and vehicles allow but cannot promise attendance everywhere or a particular outcome for any animal. Volunteers and foster carers participate voluntarily, follow the safety guidance we give, and remain responsible for their own actions.

4. Content

The Paws of Hope name, logos, illustrations, photographs and text are owned by us or used under licence. Linking to our pages is welcome. Copying or republishing content needs our written permission.

5. Third parties

Payment gateways, messaging services and linked websites operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online but do not warrant that it will be free of errors, interruptions or harmful code.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, Paws of Hope and the registered entity behind it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Any total liability connected with the site is limited to the amount of your most recent donation, if any.

8. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. The courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms. The effective date above tells you when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
